This weekend you can get rid of your old Christmas tree and help some local kids.  

Boy Scout Troop 557 will be recycling Christmas Trees on Jan. 2, Jan. 3 and Jan. 9 at the North East corner of the Bella Botega QFC parking lot. 

Drop off you tree between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. this weekend and the Boy Scouts will recycle it for you. 

This is Troop 557 's main fundraiser for the year so a suggested donation of $10-$20 will enable the troop to fund some great outdoor activities for the year.
